Your webspace is configured and available for your chosen application. Your email is setup, and you should have received email configuration via your build ticket. You can setup your email clients now, FAQ and Walkthroughs are available HERE.

Choices

You can upload a built website via SFTP or using the file manager in the admin portal, OR, you can select a CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla (The HelpDesk will be more than happy to install this for you), or you can use any compatible CMS.

Support

The HelpDesk is the support nexus at GEN, and you will already have a build ticket. Login to the HelpDesk at any time to raise a case for rapid assistance. If you wish to discuss services and your account then contact your account manager.
