Call this page with &t=TimerName to start a timer automatically, and optionally &r=rate to set an hourly rate for the timer(s). e.g.

https://www.gen.uk/index.php?page=Tools&option=Timer&t=MyTask-Name&r=25.99

Which will start a timer for MyTask-Name and set the rate to 25.99 per hour. When downloading the timers it will calculate the rate for that time.
