GEN Customer Referral Programme

A fair percentage of new business comes from customer referrals, and that's awesome, but we wanted to reward those customers who refer us, but who aren't ready or have no interest in becoming a channel partner, reseller or outsourcing partner. This programme is designed to do just that, and on most referrals we're not only paying a referral fee, but a first and second year commission. This programme is not limited to existing customers, anyone actaully can refer new business and benefit from this programme.

Examples

These figures are based on nett spend for the year and are calculated at the end of the customers first and second years.

For example, if you refer a customer for hosting and email, spending £240pa, then you'll receive £10 + £36 in the first year, and £24 in the second year.

Terms

All commissions are based on the nett billed value and are due when the customer has paid us, and are settled by crediting your account or by bank transfer. FREE services are excluded from commission payments obviously, and you cannot earn commission on your own services. For customers paying monthly or quarterly, commissions become due at the end of the 1st and 2nd years, but for customers paying annually, commissions are due when their first and second year payments clear. There is a limit of £5000 commission paid to any one company within the same financial year, and if you exceed this limit then you will need to become a partner or reseller to continue earning commission but you will not loose any outstanding commission by doing so. The referral programme is only available within the United Kingdom, and only payable to UK companies and individuals. This programme, as will all services is operated within the Framework Agreement.
