Our GEN North Service Hub located just outside of Glasgow serves Scotland, the North West and Northern Ireland.
Our GEN South Service Hub located just outside of London serves the South East, South Wales, the South West and the East of England.
Our GEN Midlands Service Hub located just outside of Derby serves the East and West Midlands, South and North Yorkshire, and North Wales.
GEN facilities are not customer facing, meaning that we do not accept visitors, this is because our engineering teams are mobile and the Service Hubs provide repair services and stock.
GEN Operates two subterranean Data Centres, with disparate interconnectivity, and 100% Green Power. These facilities have the ability to operate on backup power for extended periods, and are shielded from EM radiation such as solar flares, air burst weaponry and NEMP.
We do not permit visitors at our Data Centres, and their location is kept secure to protect our infrastructure, and that of our customers.
