GEN offers a full selection of over 1500 popular domain extensions, including .com,.net,.org,.edu,.gov,.io,.co.uk,.me,.us and many more. We can also provide more specialised domain names such as .onion and .gen. Our registration
services are very secure and transferring domain ownership or registrar is not an automatic process but instead is reviewed manually by two humans, and calls are made, emails are sent to ensure that the request is legitimate.
There are no hidden fees or costs, and you can pay for up to 10 years of registration at one time if you prefer. Whois privacy comes as standard (unless you specifically don't want it). You can choose a domain name yourself at
domains.gen.net.uk, or we can help you select the right one for your use case. If you request it, then we will automatically queue landrush registrations for new TLD's that are coming on stream.

Our standard service levels are shown here, but we have custom service levels available for customer who need something specific. Service level
agreements can be added to most services including storage, hosting, cloud, virtualisation, and maintenance.
Emergency Support can be added to any service level providing a 1 hour response 24/7 for a specific scenario, e.g. a corporate server, so that everything is on a 4 hour response M-F, but this server is a 1 hour response 24/7. This
is more economical than having a SLA8/9 on all services.
You can upgrade or downgrade service level as needed with 30 days notice.
Some
customers start a new project with development and a higher service level and then roll it back once the project reaches stability. Whatever you need we can provide it so contact us for a quote.
