Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Tool

This tool generates your SPF Record, given some basic data. You can use this to create the record for your domain.

The SPF Record defines ALL the IP addresses allowed to send email on your behalf. Read What is DNS for more general background, or read SPF Records at the knowledge base.

Enter each of the IP Addresses below, for any IP that will be sending email from your domain. This should be a single IP Address, an IP + Subnet in CIDR format, OR a fully qualified domain name. e.g. 62.31.206.180, 62.31.206.180/28, or reliance1.gen.network

IF you have been told by your ISP to use their SPF record, they would have given you a fully qualified domain name for that, so enter it in Include Domain Record. If you're a GEN Customer, then include gen.network

DomainKeys (DKIM) Record Generator

This tool will generate a DKIM record. DKIM comes in two parts, the part that you insert into a TXT record in your DNS, and a private key that you add to your mail server. You need only provide a domain name.

DMARC Record Generator

This tool generates your DMARC Record, given some basic data. You can use this to create the record for your domain. The DMARC Record is used to specify how mail servers should handle certain failures, as well as providing optional destinations for reporting.

Email Address Bulk Validation

Bulk Validations of email addresses can be submitted and will be processed in the background. These can then be retrieved when complete. The format should be email,name. Anything after name will be ignored. Validations cost £0.01p per email and will be billed to your account.

MTA-STS Record Generator

This tool generates your MTA-STS Record, given some basic data. This record is intended to further enhance the security of email transfer over the internet. Its not yet widely supported but you can still set this up, since having it won't break anything if its not supported.
